About the Town Clerk
The Town Clerk is responsible for proper conduct of elections in accordance with New Mexico election laws; insures procedures are followed for publications, recording and transcription of Town Council meeting ordinances and resolutions; manages records and maintains compliance with the Open Meetings and Public Records Acts.

Ms. Fierro strives to excel in customer service to the community and performs various administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations of the Town Clerk's office. Supporting and reporting to Ms. Fierro are Town Hall Reception and Administrative Support staff, and the Motor Vehicle Division.
