Computer Use Information

Computers
  • The library computers have a program installed that tracks usage...that's it. In order to use the computers, patrons must input their library card number.
  • Don't have a library card? Bring your picture I.D. and a bill with your current address to the circulation desk (downstairs in the Library), fill out a quick application and get your card.
  • As of October 1st guest passes to use the computers will still be available, but you will need to ask for them at the circulation desk. They will not be available upstairs in the computer lab.
  • All computers (and the computer rooms) are shut down 15 minutes before closing in order for the staff to clean each computer, keyboard, mouse, and desk.
  • The upstairs computers - Adult Computer Lab - is for use by patrons age 17 and older. If you have a child with you please go downstairs to the library area where there are computers available in the Tween/Teen Room and the Children's Area.
  • All public computers have the ability to print. Printing is 25 cents per page for black and white; and 50 cents per page for color.
  • Scanning is available downstairs in the library area
